Post-Construction Cleanup

Full debris removal, surface cleaning, and facility prep following construction or renovation. Priced per sq ft; minimum $450 per project.

Floor Care & Maintenance

Are you licensed and insured in Washington State?

Yes. Heritage Building Services LLC holds a Washington State contractor license (HERITBS745D6, valid through March 2028), a WA UBI number (606133984), and general liability insurance through Farmers Insurance for $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate (Policy #607138665). A Certificate of Insurance is available the same day you sign.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are Net 15 — payment due 15 days from invoice date. A 1.5% monthly service charge applies to balances unpaid after 15 days. We accept check, ACH transfer, and credit card.

Do you have bilingual staff?

Yes. Heritage Building Services LLC is a bilingual company. Our owner and team communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, and all client-facing documents are available in both languages upon request.

Can you provide references or proof of prior work?

Yes. We are happy to provide client references, before/after facility photos, and our full credential documentation upon request. We also carry a Portfolio of work including commercial facilities serviced throughout the Greater Seattle Metro area.
